Ex-Gov Oni’s Aide Commends Fayemi’s Transformational Strides

A former Commissioner for Lands and Housing in the Segun Oni-led administration, Alhaji Yakubu Sanni, has lauded Governor Kayode Fayemi’s various developmental strides in Ekiti State.

The former Commissioner said he was  not surprised that the Governor could develop the State within two years because the Governor’s academic and professional background show that he has what it takes to solve the problems of Ekiti State.
Sanni who gave the commendation in Ado Ekiti during a courtesy call on the Governor by Iworoko Progressive Union (IPU) added that he was impressed at the road construction projects across the State.

“You are the one that prepares the bulk of everything that happens in government even though you have Advisers. I know that with your education and background which I know very well, you are in a very good position to solve the problem of Ekiti State and God will help you”, he said.

Also speaking, renowned photographer and proprietor of Little by Little photo, Chief Ade Ajayi said he was happy at the newly installed streetlights along Fajuyi-Teaching Hospital road; adding that this will assist the socio-economic development of the State capital.

Earlier the delegation of IPU led by the Alaworoko of Iworoko, Oba Olufemi Aladejana had commended Fayemi for the development that have been witnessed in Iworoko Ekiti during his tenure and offered some advice ranging from the privatization of State-owned ROMACO and patronage for newly resuscitated Ire Burnt Brick industry in Ire Ekiti.

The Governor had in his response promised to make good use of the pieces of advice offered him by the community as well as continue to develop the State.
