In 25 years, Ekiti has evolved with its people, home and abroad, old and young, reflecting excellence and resilience that has put us at par with the comity of States.
As we celebrate silver jubilee of these virtues and the third anniversary of the Governor of Ekiti State, Dr John Kayode Fayemi, the Ekiti Youth Outstanding Personalities 2021 (Omoluabi Awards) is an event to honour 25 young people who have distinguished themselves and made Ekiti proud in their various endeavours.
The significance of celebrating the silver jubilee of our existence is not only to showcase the unprecedented and transformational growth of Ekiti, but also an avenue to celebrate Youths who have distinguished themselves in their chosen career paths and proved themselves worthy Ambassadors.
The Awards are open to all Ekiti Indigenes (between ages 18 – 35) with verifiable accomplishment in Scholarship/Academy and Research, Music/Culture and Entertainment, Industry/Commerce and Trade, ICT, and Community Service.
All nominations would be subjected to a thorough review by an Independent verification panel.
