EKSG To Commence Implementation Of Electronic Data Base

The commissioner for commerce, industries and cooperatives, Otunba Reim Bodunrin has assured that the State will soon finalize the implementation of Electronic Data Base for all businesses.
The commissioner, who stated this during a meeting with the Ekiti state chapter of the corporate Affairs commission, stressed that, it will enable government to know and plan for different categories of business development in the state.
Otunba Bodunrin also pledged his readiness to offer assistance and co-operation in ensuring that business activities are operated within the ambits of the law.
The team is to formally present their request to the ministry for further directives.
Earlier, the leader of the team, Mrs. Omolola Akinola thanked the commissioner for the warm reception. She solicited for the co-operation of the ministry to sanitize the business environment and ensure that illegality is reduced to the barest minimum in the state.
Mrs. Akinola also enjoined the commissioner to nominate a staff of the ministry into the monitoring team to be set up soon.
