EKSG Reiterates Commitment To Developing Its Workforce

Ekiti State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Olawale Fapohunda has reiterated the commitment of the State Government to developing its human resources.
Speaking at a 2-day workshop organised for junior registry officers and other supporting staff of the ministry at the Aare Afe Babalola Bar Centre in the High Court Premises in Ado-Ekiti, Mr. Fapohunda stressed that government would leave no stone unturned to build the capacity of workers.

He said that the workshop was aimed at improving the skills of the workers, adding that it would enable them to contribute meaningfully in their respective areas of responsibility.
The Attorney-General enjoined participants to take advantage of the opportunity provided by the organisers of the workshop to garner knowledge that would make them better workers.

Stressing the need for the workers to justify government’s huge investment on their capacity building, the Commissioner enjoined them to listen attentively to the lecturers and participate during the interactive session in order to benefit maximally from the programme.
In his remarks, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Dayo Apata implored participants at the workshop to cooperate with the facilitators in order to boost their level of efficiency.
One of the workers that attended the workshop, Mr. Adebayo lauded the state government for its efforts at boosting their capacity. He said that the gesture would enhance their productivity.
