EKSG To Partner Construction Companies With Innovations And Ideas

Ekiti State Government has said it will continue to partnerconstruction companies with new innovations and ideas that will bring about durability in roads constructed across the state.

Speaking in Ado-Ekiti while inspecting a road under construction with a modern technology within the premises of the ministry, the State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Mr. Sola Adebayo said the road is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new technology, stressing that the state government will exhaust all means to take the state to greater height.

Mr Adebayo assured the people that all on-going road projects in every part of the state would be completed on scheduled.

Responding, the Chief Executive Officer of Landlock Nigeria Limited INC, Mr Tunde Ogundana explained that the modern technique employed in constructing the road is devoid of the use of the asphalt saying a fluid specially formulated to make the roads more durable was employed.

Mr Ogundana noted that the technique have been implemented in countries like United State of America, Ghana, Uganda, and many other countries in Africa, adding that the demonstration is to encourage the state to embrace the improved technology too.

The CEO also added that Landlock Nigeria Limited Inc is ready to partner with the state in developing and empowering the youths on the use of the new technology.
