Ekiti Deputy Governor Registers As APC member

In compliance with the directives of the national leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Ekiti State Deputy Governor, Professor Modupe Adelabu yesterday registered as a member of the party at Ward 4, Unit 7, Ijigbo Quarters, Ado-Ekiti.
The deputy governor who was accompanied by some of her political aides said it was very important for her and every citizen of Ekiti who believes in the APC as a political party to register to become a card-carrying member of the party.
She explained that the membership of the party with a vision and mission opens many doors of opportunities which include the chance to fully participate in governance.
Prof Adelabu therefore urged all members of the APC in Ekiti, including those outside the state to come home and register while
enjoining residents who wants continuity in development to register and also ensure they participate in the update of the revision of the voter register to be supervised by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) before the June 2014 governorship election in the state.
She reminded them that INEC registration will enable them to exercise their franchise and elect the candidates of their choice.
