Free Health Mission Is For All – Olayinka

Ekiti State Deputy Governor, Mrs. Funmi Olayinka has reiterated that the Free Health Mission embarked upon by the present administration in
the state will continue to be for all indigenes and residents in Ekiti without any form discrimination.
Mrs. Olayinka reaffirmed this at one of the Free Heath Mission Centers located at Ojudo area in Ado-Ekiti at the 6th edition of the free health programme in the state.

She explained that provision of qualitative health services for the entire citizen is a key point agenda of the Governor Kayode Fayemi led administration and the free health for children aged 0-5 years, the aged, the pregnant women and the physically challenged which has being
in progress are evidences of the administration’s determination to be true to its promises.
She therefore implored all the people to avail themselves of the opportunity provided by the government through the Free Health Mission and get necessary medical treatment for their ailments without any fear of intimidation as the programme is for all Ekiti people not minding their political or religious affiliations.

Earlier, the representative of the Development Support Initiative (DSI), Dr. Oluyomi Peters commended Dr. Kayode Fayemi for the initiative which he said has touched the lives of so many people.
Dr. Oluyomi who disclosed that the DSI has being to several town and villages in the state in the past seven days for the 6th edition and has attended to over 26,000 patients with various ailments urged others who are still skeptical to come for the necessary medical attention.
