EKSG Reiterates commitment to Quality Service Delivery

Ekiti State Government has reiterated its commitment to quality service delivery for all-round development of the people.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on SERVE-EKS formerly SERVICOM, Hon. Olusola Omolayo made this known in Ado while briefing journalists on the activities of his agency.

Hon. Omolayo said SERVE-EKS was put in place to help government effectively implement its programmes for the betterment of the people.

He called on workers in every sector to perform their duties according to the laid down rules and regulation as this would have positive change of attitude in their endeavours.

Hon. Omolayo highlighted the programme of SERVE-EKS  to include establishing  Service Delivery Unit (S.D.U) in all the Ministries, Departments and Agencies, assisting MDAs put in place the service charter  containing  expected services to the people and government, monitoring of  all government institutions to ensure compliance with quality service delivery, welcoming complaints from people on services not rendered accordingly among others.

The Senior Special Assistant said action was in top gear to put in place  a work plan in MDAs which would capture time frame, constant evaluation and periodic monitoring to ensure that services are rendered to specifications.

He called on Government Officials and the General Public to cooperate with the State Government in this regard in order to bring dividends of democracy to the door steps of the people.
