Promotion Examinations Will Promote Efficent Service Delivery – Ogunlayi

The main objective of the promotion examinations to be conducted by the Ekiti State Civil Service Commission for Civil Servants in the State is to improve the productivity and efficiency of workers in the State Civil Service.
The Chairman of the State Civil Service Commission, Alhaji Afolabi Ogunlayi who made the assertion at a forum in Ado – Ekiti restated the commitment of the commission to maintaining high morale, professionalism and discipline among civil servants in the state.

Alhaji Ogunlayi restated the commitment of the Fayemi administration to transform the State Civil Service into a highly professional, well trained, highly motivational and result- oriented civil service.
He said that contemporary civil service demands that workers must be constantly retooled to enhance their productivity.
The Civil Service Commission boss explained that the present administration in the state is irrevocably committed to the engendering of a virile service that will continually oil the engine of the socio economic transformation of the state that had long yearned for development.
