LG Staff To Write Promotion Examination On Saturday

The January and July 2011 promotion examination for Local Government workers in Ekiti State will hold on Saturday April 20, 2013.

A statement from the Office of the Chairman of the State Local Government Service Commission said that the examination scheduled to commence at 9am will hold in nine designated centres.

According to the statement, concerned staff of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government, Ekiti South West Local Government, the Local Government Service Commission, Ado-Ekiti and Local Government Staff Training School, Ilawe will write their exams at Corpus Christi High School, Ilawe Ekiti while those from Ikole-Ekiti, Ekiti East and Oye Local Government Areas will write theirs at AUD Grammar School, Ikole Ekiti. Those from Moba, Ilejemeje and Ido-Osi Local Government Areas will also converge at Moba high school, Otun-Ekiti.

Staff from Ekiti West, Ijero and Efon Local Governments Areas will sit for the promotion exam at Aramoko District Commercial Grammar School, Aramoko-Ekiti while those from Ikere, Emure and Ise/Orun Local Government Areas will gather at Comprehensive High School, Ikere-Ekiti.

Others from Ado local government, Local Government Staff loans board, Pension Commission and Aiyekire local government will write theirs at Christ’s School in Ado Ekiti.

All the Commissioners and the Permanent Secretary in the Local Government Service Commission would be assigned to supervise the examination in order to ensure a hitch free exercise.
