Application Forms For Short Services Combatant And Direct Service Of The Nigerian Army Out

Application forms for admission into the Short Service Combatant Commission (SSCC) and the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) of the Nigeria Army are now available online.

According to a statement from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Cabinet and Special Services Department of the Governor’s Office, Ado-Ekiti, applicants are to obtain a pin code at the cost of two thousand, five hundred naira at any Ecobank branch nationwide with which to log in online for the registration which closes on May 12, 2013.

Applicants must be between the ages of 24 and 29 at the commencement of the Cadet training and possess at least a degree certificate with grades not less than 2nd class lower division (2.2) or its equivalent in Arts, Sciences or Humanities from any recognised institution.

Applicants must be medically and physically fit, and must not be less than 1.68m (for male) and 1.5m (for female) in height and must possess NYSC discharged certificate or valid exemption certificate as the case may be.
