The Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Ganiyu Owolabi has expressed shock at the demise of a onetime Commissioner for Agriculture in the state, Alhaji Alimi Obasola Jegede.
The SSG described late Alhaji Jegede as a humble man who served his people faithfully, stressing that he would be forever remembered for good.
Dr. Owolabi was at the residence of late Alhaji Jegede in Afao Road, Ado Ekiti on a condolence visit to the bereaved family.
Late Alhaji Obasola Jegede who died at the age of 65 years was also a Board member of the Ondo State Radio Vission Corporation in the old Ondo State and former Chairman of the Ansar-U-Deen (AUD) State Council.
