Ekiti State Signage and Advertising Agency has warned defaulting owners of signboards in the state to pay their requisite signage fees or have their notices forcibly removed.
According to a statement from the office of the Director General of the Ekiti State Signage and Advertising Agency, the action of the agency became essential to encourage owners of signboards to pay their rates up-to-date.
The statement added that owners of all signposts removed would be made to bear the cost of removing the boards. It therefore enjoined all defaulters to pay their dues at the designated bank or contact the state Signage agency for further information.
