Vision:
The achievement of an effective, efficient, corruption-free and time saving justice delivery system to enhance an effective administration of justice.
Mission:
To have a vibrant, uncompromising and fearless judiciary, where justice is not mutilated and everybody is treated fairly and equally.
The Ekiti State Judiciary, as the third arm of government, is made up broadly of nine Judicial Divisions under which are numerous Magisterial Districts.
The Judicial Divisions are:
- Ado-Ekiti Judicial Division
- Ikere Ekiti Judicial Division
- Ise Ekiti Judicial Division
- Emure Ekiti Judicial Division
- Ido Ekiti Judicial Division
- Efon Alaaye Ekiti Judicial Division
- Omuo Ekiti Judicial Division
- Ikole Ekiti Judicial Division
- Ijero Ekiti Judicial Division
Adjudicating in the nine Judicial Divisions are eleven High Court judges, thirty-three magistrates and eighteen customary courts presidents.
Attached to the judges are 15 legal research officers and Court Registrars of different cadres.

The main function of Ekiti State Judiciary is Administration of Justice which entails adjudication on both criminal and civil cases.
Ongoing Projects:
- The Judiciary presently has no projects that it embarks on by itself.
Programmes:
- Adjudication on both criminal and civil cases
- Periodical Prison visit of the Hon. Chief Judge
- In-house seminars and workshops for staff
- Observation of New Legal Year
